Viorel is a Senior Professional Coach and Consultant with over 10 years of experience in behavioral sciences, organizational sociology and technological entrepreneurship.He is currently developing projects to transform organizational behaviors, for medium and large companies, in order to achieve the objectives of sustainability, efficiency, performance and innovation.

He has successfully implemented behavioral transformation programs for insurance, automotive, finance, technology and media companies, developing behavioral change models that successfully integrate different cultural backgrounds from countries such as France, UK, Romania, Holland, Belarus and the United States.

He believes that the new generation of business and political leaders must have the ability to understand the new universal, transcultural language of behavioral change in their efforts to transform their organizations.

Since 2016, Viorel is co-founder and vice-president of CECORP (European Association of Professional Organizational Coaching), based in Paris and is also a Member of EMCC France (European Coaching & Mentoring Council)
